International Meeting of the Stem Cell Network North Rhine Westphalia

The 7th international meeting is organized by the competence network stem cell research north rhine westphalia. The competence network is an initiative of the ministry for innovations of north rhine westphalia, in which representatives of more than 30 biomedical institutes and clinics collaborate. The network's second base are bioethics, lawyers, and sociologists, who deal with the social impact and the acceptance of stem cell research. The objective of the international meetings are the scientific exchange, networking, and the encouragement of a public discussion about stem cell research.  Regularly, between 500 and 650 professionals participate in the international meeting.
