Client Service Coordinator (m/w/d)

Multi Channel Systems focuses on the development of precise scientific measuring instrumentation in the field of electrophysiology for research groups at universities and for the pharmaceutical industry. Since 1996, our hardware and software development department, production, sales, and administration teams with 70 employees have been serving customers worldwide – Since 2014, together with our Harvard Bioscience, Inc. partner brands including HEKA and Warner Instruments.

What we are looking for:

• Successful Completion of a Business Management Apprenticeship.
• Experience or initial experience in client service or a comparable role desired.
• Ideally experience in customs- and transport processing and international shipping.
• Very good skills in English.
• Enjoyment of dealing with people, organizational talent, structured and reliable way of working.
• Friendly, factual and calm communication style with customers.
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, etc.) and knowledge of an ERP-System such as Microsoft AX
• Team-oriented with the ability to work together effectively.
• Resilient and flexible.

Responsibilities:

• International order processing: Order acceptance, Preparation of shipping documents, Invoicing.
• Coordination of delivery dates with production and purchasing as well as deadline monitoring.
• Communication with sales partners and customers worldwide.
• Procurement and preparation of export documents and customs documents.
• Optimization of transport routes and mode of transport.
• Monitoring of shipments until reaching the destination.
• Active participation in team meetings and contribution to the overall success of the Client Services team.
