What are we looking for:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Working Student to join our procurement team. 
This role requires a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills both written and oral. 
Reporting to the site Purchasing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for a range of duties within our procurement environment which includes the maintenance of supplier & purchase parts information as well as the booking of order acknowledgments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of supplier information (address, contact person, payment terms etc.)
• Maintenance of item information (item numbers, purchase prices, MOQs, delivery times etc.)
• Supervision of stock levels (safety stock, batch sizes etc.)
• Implementation of commodity classes
• Booking of order acknowledgments 
• Any other projects to increase the efficiency of the procurement team
• Support other areas of the business, if required
