Cardiac Action Potential Measurements on MEAs

Human iPSC AP – Since the 1970s microelectrode array (MEA) technology has been used to record electrical activity of excitable cells. A more recently discovered application of MEA technology for high-throughput action potential (AP) measurements is shown by Rosy Joshy-Mukherjee and team in the below paper and JoVE video. This novel resource for AP measurements will advance our understanding of cardiac biology and arrhythmia.
